What happens to
your information.

Information collected. When you submit a project brief, Dyln may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, company, project details, budget range, timing, and selected service interests.

How it is used. This information is used to evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you, prepare recommendations or proposals, prevent abuse, and improve the inquiry experience. Dyln does not sell personal information.

Form processing. Project briefs are transmitted securely to Dyln’s inquiry system and trusted infrastructure providers. Information is processed only as needed to review and respond to your request.

Analytics and cookies. The site may use basic performance or traffic measurement tools to understand which pages are useful and whether project inquiries are completed. If analytics requiring consent are added, this notice and the site’s consent controls will be updated.

Lab tools and device storage. QR codes, quote calculations and blueprint previews are generated in your browser. Website Signal Check sends the address you enter to our service to retrieve public page HTML. If you choose Save setup on this device in Quote Builder, the business name, inquiry email and service prices are stored in this browser; use Delete saved setup to remove them. Generating or downloading a blueprint does not submit it. Choosing Send blueprint submits it through our inquiry system.

Retention. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legitimate legal and recordkeeping requirements.
