What happens to
your information.

Information collected. When you submit a project brief, Dyln may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, company, project details, budget range, timing, and selected service interests.

How it is used. This information is used to evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you, prepare recommendations or proposals, prevent abuse, and improve the inquiry experience. Dyln does not sell personal information.

Form processing. Project briefs are transmitted securely to Dyln’s inquiry system and trusted infrastructure providers. Information is processed only as needed to review and respond to your request.

Analytics and cookies. The site may use basic performance or traffic measurement tools to understand which pages are useful and whether project inquiries are completed. If analytics requiring consent are added, this notice and the site’s consent controls will be updated.

Retention. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legitimate legal and recordkeeping requirements.
